The Santiago Group aimed to automize its hospitality offering without changing the accommodation characteristics its guests were used to. HCS has proved to be an agile organization by integrating its room automation systems with ISEO electronic cylinders already in use.
The 180 rooms of Parque Santiago are now fully equipped with the smart HCS devices. Terminals of the Alcor line have been chosen because of their reliability and flexibility. Combined with the software for hotel domotics, Markab, they enable supervision and automatization of the hotel operations and significantly cut energy costs.
The Parque’s guests can now enjoy the benefits of room automation knowing to be contributing to a green hospitality which cares for the guests’ comfort as much as for the environmental sustainability.
